Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Concrete Flooring Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of www.cfsboston.com (the "Site"). Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms may be resolved by binding arbitration under the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted on an individual basis in Middlesex County, Massachusetts. Either party may seek interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Massachusetts to protect their rights pending arbitration. The arbitrator shall award attorneys’ fees and costs to the prevailing party.

Modifications and Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site at any time without notice or liability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Site.

Electronic Communications

By using the Site and submitting inquiries, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. You agree that electronic communications satisfy any applicable legal requirements for written communications.

Miscellaneous

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Concrete Flooring Solutions regarding the Site. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver. We may assign our rights under these Terms at any time. No joint venture, partnership, or employment relationship is created by these Terms.
